Senior Manager is responsible for leading the account management and operational delivery of solutions in the assigned portfolio of accounts. Actively contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the business, with a focus supporting the leadership to drive team effort aligned to the mission, vision and strategy of the Group.
Job (Senior Manager Jobs in Dubai – Transguard Group) Responsibilities
- Develop the business growth of the account portfolio, new business and organic growth, assuming full commercial responsibility of P&L.
- Implicitly understand the commercial aspects of the contracts and monitor the management of the service to ensure delivery within the boundaries of the contracts, meeting the SLA/KPIs.
- Prepare reports as and when required with accurate operational data to support the review of the financial performance of the contracts.
- Monitor the financial performance of the contracts and vendors, ensuring that contracts are being delivered within budget and revenue is maximised.
- Drive performance to ensure that the Annual Goals for the Business Unit are met.
