An Account Manager is in charge of making sure each department meets the needs of their clients and customers. They handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong/solid partners with the assigned key accounts.
- Develop customer-specific joint business plans and periodically monitor the agreed milestones, thereby driving customer engagement.
- Ensure high level of customer service through appropriate follow-up, sales proposition, and efficient planning with Supply Chain Team / Telesales / Finance.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Job Requirements
- The successful candidate must have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a sales position in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company in the UAE.
- You must have gained experience in a developed market place / multinational organization.
- It is essential that you hold a College Degree. Having a UAE Driving License is a must.
- You must have developed strong selling capabilities and should be a team player.
- Preferred nationalities: Arab, Western, South and North African.
