Job (Accounts Officer Jobs in Dubai – IHG Hotels) Responsibilities
- Assist in the timely billing of accounts.
- Reconciles on daily basis the credit card transactions on Opera to the batch register.
- Maintain a filing system for account receivable records.
- Respond to and resolve account queries.
- Process all invoices and statements.
- Assist in maintain the batch register and balance daily to general ledger.
- Assist in preparing the accruals journal at month end for regular suppliers and delivery dockets not paid.
Job (Accounts Officer Jobs in Dubai – IHG Hotels) Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Must possess an analytical mind, negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
