We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the Immigration Team’s large and complex MENA program. Reporting to the Senior Manager, EMEA and APAC, this role will have accountability for all aspects of the MENA program, including managing and developing a regional team of Immigration Specialists and Program Managers, working closely with multiple service providers to continuously evaluate, expand and improve services in the region.
Job (Immigration Manager Jobs in Dubai – Amazon) Responsibilities
- Single threaded leader accountable for Amazon’s MENA immigration program, directly managing a team of regional Immigration Specialists and Program Managers.
- Set program-level strategy across all MENA work streams, including business advisory management, content, case filing, service offering and compliance strategies.
- Employ strong pan-MENA immigration experience to identify trends and develop targeted program-level goals and initiatives.
- Manage and report on team member performance, plan and guide career development.
Job (Immigration Manager Jobs in Dubai – Amazon) Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as HR, MBA).
- Deep MENA immigration experience.
- Extensive experience of building, running and improving business processes in MENA.
