We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with proven project management skills to own and execute strategic, cross-functional global expansion and product parity projects. This role requires working with globally distributed teams with a focus in MEANT and portions of EU. The ideal candidate has worked in a fast-paced, global environment, is able to read ambiguous situations quickly, is energized by working on high-profile projects, and is comfortable influencing across a wide range of stakeholders across all levels.
Job (Sr Program Manager Jobs in Dubai – Amazon) Responsibilities
- Expertise in leading large-scale (global or regional) project management of complex expansion projects, related to new geographies and/or businesses.
- Strong business and marketplace analysis skills to drive strategy in leading expansion decision making.
- Demonstrates Customer Obsession: Possesses strong business acumen and drives expansion project management with customer interests as focal point.
- Own program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., path to green), escalating as appropriate.
- Engage other Amazon business units globally to share processes and improve end-to-end deployment of Hub PuP in new marketplaces.
- Influence design and development of strategic new marketplace processes; identifying opportunities to automate and streamline as much as possible.

- Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
- Prior experience in program, change management, or project management within a fast-paced metrics driven environment.
- Experience managing large cross functional teams to deliver projects in tight time frames.
