As Senior Program Manager you will own end-to-end marketing and prime customer engagement to he programs. The scope of the role includes launch of the service in UAE, KSA and Egypt, scale prime customer penetration and influence retention/frequency of shopping. The senior program manager role owns the content experience of the respective category across all customer touch-points both on-site and off-site. This role is accountable for category content ideation, planning, and development, and includes a high degree of complexity, detail and responsibility.
Job (Sr Program Manager Jobs in Dubai – Amazon) Responsibilities
- Build marketing strategies for the initiative to succeed in achieving business goals which requires that you work closely with cross-functional and business teams to create and deliver effective marketing programs, campaigns and events.
- Lead our brand storytelling and create a tone of voice for our growing business.
- Deliver inspiring and commercially relevant editorial across a range of touch points: marketing features, storefront copy, product page copy, emails, PR copy and social media.
- Liaise between 3P team and external partners to execute specific events/ promotions.
- Drive efficiencies by analyzing performance data and aligning with business goals.
Job (Sr Program Manager Jobs in Dubai – Amazon) Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferre.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- At least 8+ years of marketing, product management and/or ecommerce.
- Track record of delivering innovative solutions
- Strong analytical abilities, particularly with respect to experimental design and analysis
- Able to motivate, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams in different business teams.
- Proven ability to build, manage, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
