1. Senior Narcotics Pharmacist
American Hospital Careers Dubai | Sr Narcotics Pharmacist Jobs:
The Narcotic Pharmacist will carry out specified duties with competence and due diligence .The Narcotic Pharmacist will also support the procurement, storage, supplies and monitoring/recording of Narcotics, Controlled drugs and other drugs with different degrees of potential for abuse or misuse.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively participates in the departmental Quality Improvement Program
- Actively participates in departmental motivational program to enhance patient / customer relations.
- Reviews physician’s orders and prescriptions to ensure appropriateness of drug therapy.
- Inputs physician’s medication orders into Pharmacy Patient Medication Profile and maintains this profile and related records.
- Monitors patient medication profile in order to prevent drug interactions, allergic and adverse drug reactions.
Job Qualification
- Baccalaureate degree in pharmacy or equivalent
- Current license or registration to practice pharmacy
- Current D.H.A license.
- NOC from the current employer (for UAE Employees)
- Minimum of two (2) years post-graduate experience in pharmacy practice
