The Data & Reporting Analyst will be part of the People & Organization Department that supports the entire network of GEMS Education schools in MENASA. The Analyst will be focused on analyzing and reporting on all HR-related data, providing key insights on trends and patterns to enable strategic decision-making and predictive planning.
Job (Analyst – Data & Reporting Jobs in Dubai – Gems Education) Responsibilities:
- Use automated and manual tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources in the business.
- Design, build and maintain dashboards for the senior management and support decision-making by the wider HR team.
- Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data to feed into the single source of truth.
- Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for diagnosis and prediction.
Job (Analyst – Data & Reporting Jobs in Dubai – Gems Education) Requirements
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Economics
- Masters in data science is desirable.
- 2-5 years in a similar role.
- HR or Education industry experience is an advantage.
