Associate Sales Manager Jobs in Dubai | Majid Al Futtaim Careers:
The position is responsible for achieving against Sales and Leasing (S&L) performance targets, and for all aspects of managing and growing the business and team.
Job Responsibilities
- Reach the largest active S&L market share of the Community
- Maximize revenues by growing the property listings for both Sales & Leasing
- Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
- Maximize profit and achieve all financial targets
- Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1’s, reviews and morning meetings
- Influence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Brokerage Agency experience
- Target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to effectively manage a team
- Motivated and enthusiastic at all times
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
