Call Center Agent Jobs in UAE 2022 | Masdar Careers | Abu Dhabi Jobs:
To perform daily call center activities communicating with all call center callers ensuring highest level of customer service and courtesy in line with Masdar standards and requirements.
Job (Call Center Agent Jobs in Abu Dhabi – Masdar Careers) Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally and direct the calls to respective person to ensure all calls are attended to.
- Maintain the call centre log ensuring an accurate record of all callers are requirements is maintained.
- Prepare any required reports accurately and on time, in line with standards.
- Follow all relevant policies, processes, operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Adhere to any applicable Masdar information security policies and procedures and identify and report security incidents and suspected weaknesses to the appropriate point(s) of contact.
- Clear desks of all sensitive material and log off/ lock workstations at the end of the day and when leaving desk for a prolonged period in accordance with Acceptable Usage Policies.
Job (Call Center Agent Jobs in Abu Dhabi – Masdar Careers) Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years as a call center agent.
- Customer service skills.
- Arabic and English languages.
