Chief of Staff Jobs in Dubai Bank | Mashreq Bank Careers:
Assist RBG GH in maintaining operating rhythm in daily running of Retail Bank Execute / Implement, special projects that has RBG GH as a direct sponsor Coordinate with RBG leadership for market data, performance data and business analytics to track RBG’s strategies and initiatives. Interact with all RBG DRs in an effective and collaborative manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain operating rhythm for Retail bank by ensuring scheduled reviews are organized and all action items are taken to closure
- Proactively check for alignments and integration of RBG action items and initiatives and highlight key observations to GH RBG
- Support Group Head with strategy materials, monthly reviews with CEO, Exco presentations, Townhalls and offsites, regular communications
- Represent RBG in various key forums and committees as assigned by GH to drive bank-wide/RBG- wide initiatives that require RBG resources
- Assess inquiries directed to Group Head of RBG and determine the proper course of action
- Act as a liaison between Group Head of RBG and RBG Leadership team and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Good analytical / problem solving and skills knowledge of functional topics such as Strategy, Operating Model, Organization, Finance, Retail Banking products
- Banking experience of 10 – 15 years
- Exposure to financial services industry
- Project Management skills including designing and managing large organization wide projects
- Good inter-personnel, communication, organizational and presentation skills required to interact with and provide intelligence to Retail Head for strategic business decisions
- Ability to transform data into intelligence and useful management reports
