The key purpose of the Content Manager role is to build brand identity and brand presence through the creation and dissemination of omnichannel digital content. The scope of work extends from formulating the content strategy, creating, producing and publishing content as well as using analytics to track impact of creative content and growth of customer community
Job (Content Manager Jobs in Dubai – Majid Al Futtaim) Responsibilities
- Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to identify opportunities and drive performance.
- Ensure content across all platforms according to SEO best practice
- Research design of UI and UX for omnichannel to develop and disseminate content to secure competitor advantage.
- Negotiate with approved third-party suppliers where necessary to secure quality output at best cost
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across functions
- Support and Training of the Mall Marketing teams
- Provide positive consumer experience via easily navigated inspiring and informative content
Job (Content Manager Jobs in Dubai – Majid Al Futtaim) Requirements
- Graduate degree in Design, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce or relevant technology field
- Expertise in social media, WordPress, Sitefinity or similar applications.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Digital Content.
- Proven experience as a content manager with specific online content management.
- Display keen interest in technology and innovation.
