Coordinator, Expo Live Youth Programme | Expo City Dubai Jobs:
As part of Expo City Dubai, Expo Live will continue its mission of supporting grassroots innovations with the goal of scaling the solution and the impact on the ground! To the lead the planning and implementation of Expo Live’s University Innovation Programme.
Job Responsibilities
- Build a network of universities and education regulators in the UAE for active engagement between our stakeholder community
- Support overall integration of the programme’s operational requirements with internal function departments, including marketing & communications, finance, ICT, legal, and journey events departments
- Establish systems to monitor implementation and budget compliance for university grantees
- Ensure adequate collection of data and relevant content from respective grantees on a timely manner and upload them into the grant management system
- Streamline grantee content with potential exposure opportunities at Expo City Dubai
- Provide support to other strategic deliverables for Expo Live as required
Job Requirements
- University degree in the relevant domain or equivalent professional experience (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Finance and Entrepreneurship)
- Previous experience in project management and community/university engagement activities
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and reasoning skills, as well as ability to analyze disparate information and compile it into information messages targeting a variety of audiences
- Excellent inter-personal skills; diplomatic and negotiation abilities
- Possess essential personal qualifications including integrity, initiative, dependability, good judgment, the ability to work cooperatively with others.
