1. Coordinator – Master Community (UAE National)
Coordinator – Master Community Jobs | Expo City Dubai Careers:
The primary purpose of this role is to responsible for measuring performance and end user satisfaction in line with the contract schedule and contracted key performance indicators. The role whilst ensuring the above is to optimize the performance of given appointed service providers through effective management employed to carry out the role. The role applies to Common Space managed and/or owned by Expo City.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform FM Duty Management roles covering site wide accountability of FM activities including buildings with accountability for all service providers on shift
- Problem solve any community space issue on site through the service provider.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all UAE regulations are adhered too.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (and/or Master’s degree)
- Engineering and/or Management Qualification
- Good knowledge of revenue-generating/saving methods in relevant industry and ability to initiate new ideas and best practice
- Attention to detail and efficiency in accurate record-keeping and data analysis
- Ability to use time productively and efficiently
