Doctoral Research Associate Jobs | Ajman University Careers:
The Digital Transformation Research Center / College of Business Administration, Ajman University, has an opening for the position of Full Time Post-Doctoral Research Associate.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct high quality research related to business and management and/or digital transformation in particular; publish research outcomes in refereed journals and conferences
- Actively seek and apply for internal and external research grants
- Actively seek and conduct collaborative research
- Perform other position-related duties as requested by the head of the research center
- Develop and deliver courses to students in specified discipline areas of study
- Establish and maintain effective work relationships across the organization and community
Job Requirements
- Ability to conduct independent research and publish in referred journals and conferences
- Familiarity with data collection approaches such questionnaire survey and/or semi-structured interview
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as structural equation modelling and/or NVivo
- Ability to provide academic advising for students
- Ability to work independently and within a team
