Job Responsibilities
- Bring the IT Department to be in conformance to IT governance as outlined in the COBIT standard guidelines.
- Strive towards obtaining ITIL certification under ISO 20000 for service delivery compliance
- Maintain current certification of ISO 27001 for Information Security Management
- Ensure availability of system documentation that is clear and unambiguous and of sufficient details
- Ensure error messages are clear and easy to understand
