Job (Driver Jobs in Abu Dhabi – Four Season Hotels) Responsibilities
- Is accountable for being a highly visible individual in the lobby that well represents the Executive Management.
- To be involved in handling guests complaints.
- To check that glitches follow ups are happening and done in a timely fashion.
- Be well informed about all hotel services.
- To greet current glitch guests upon departure.
- To escort as many possible V.I.P., SA during her/his shift.
- Makes sure that all his subordinates comply with their respective core standards & culture standards.
- To coordinate the Curbside program.
- To adjust her/his own schedule in order to maximize his visibility when most needed
