The Education Recruiter will be a part of the People and Organisation Department and would be required to form effective partnerships with the HRBP(s), school and cluster senior leaders to implement recruitment plans and ensure GEMS schools all are fully staffed with proficient, qualified teachers. S/he is responsible for the full spectrum of the recruitment plan from advertising vacancies and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires and ensuring the best possible candidate experience throughout the process.
Job (Education Recruiter Jobs in Dubai – Gems Education) Responsibilities
- Consistent implementation of robust recruitment processes and best practices.
- Screen and interview prospective candidates and would be able to assess their suitability for the role through face to face, online or phone interviews.
- Maintain external pipeline of candidates for short/medium/long term opportunities, with a focus on hard to fill roles.
- Maintain regular reporting and performance measures against metrics to share when required.
Job (Education Recruiter Jobs in Dubai – Gems Education) Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 5yrs+ recruitment experience is essential, with some experience of agency recruitment preferred.
- Experience of working in the Education sector is preferred.
- Ability to work with stakeholders.
