1. Senior Manager, Internal Comms & Engagement – UAE National
Expo City Dubai Careers | Senior Manager Jobs in Dubai 2023:
The Senior Manager Internal Communications and Engagement leads and delivers the internal communication, wellness and engagement programme for Expo City Dubai. Its purpose is to create a positive workplace atmosphere and ensure clear, timely and efficient operational communications.
Job Responsibilities
- Creates the internal communications, employee engagement and wellbeing strategy;
- Participates in yearly planning cycles including budgeting and resource planning.
- Reporting & Administrative Responsibilities
- Designs and delivers the employee survey twice yearly;
- Interprets staff survey data, and provide analysis;
- Possesses good planning and organisation skills.
- People Responsibilities & Business Partnering
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably within a relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good intrapersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
