1. Senior Manager – Governance
Expo City Dubai Careers | Sr Governance Manager Jobs in Dubai:
The Senior Manager – Governance shall ensure that the Corporate Governance Framework and Principles are formalized and aligned with business requirements, by ensuring that transparent, effective and streamlined controls are embedded in key processes to enable the delivery of the strategic and operational objectives of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Executive Management to define the Corporate Governance Framework and controls environment for the organization, aligned with business requirements and objectives
- Establish a strong internal controls culture across the business
- Acting as a subject matter expert, supporting departments in relevant activities, providing guidance and support with all Governance and internal controls matters
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and integration to enable the formalization and implementation of key controls across the business.
- Making Committees as required by business to support effective decision making
- Develop the Governance Department plan and objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Proactive with a strong sense of processes and procedures
- Sense for integrity and confidentiality
- Attention to detail
- Generate ideas, think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Handle multiple priorities at any one time
- Excellent Business English writing skills
