Expo City Dubai Jobs 2023 | Development Director Jobs in Dubai:
Responsible for overseeing the planning, design and construction of all new developments for Expo City Dubai. Work closely with architects, contractors and other professionals to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead all development activities and provide strategic leadership and tactical implementation of Expo City Dubai’s real estate projects.
- Develop and implement the development strategy for Expo City Dubai
- Communicate and manage all issues and risks affecting the projects
- Monitor contractor and vendor performance during the construction phase
- Coordinate and integrate the development schedules of various stakeholders into the development programme to ensure alignment with the business plan
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development, Construction or a related field
- Substantial experience managing real estate development process in major real estate developments from the project initiation to project structuring, design, construction, commissioning and operating
- Excellent project management skills
Collaborative - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Driven to succeed
