HR Executive Jobs in Dubai 2023 | Five Hotels Careers:
HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation..
Job Responsibilities
- Have experience in Payroll and Oasys System
- Be well versed on mandatory HR policies & procedures, and online government systems in order to provide advice on current practices and onboarding employees
- Be knowledgeable of the UAE’s Labour laws and procedures
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from creative sourcing to complex closing across the UAE and other countries
- Develop and maintain confidential departmental and employee files and databases
- Coordinate employee recruitment process, as appropriate, ensuring search documentation is accurate, consistent and complete
Job Requirements
- A hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ work attitude
- 1-2 years of experience working in Payroll
- Knowledge of Oasys system – past experience working with this
- Previous experience with recruitment within luxury hotels is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
