The job holder is responsible for working with the Human Resources department within the scope of work under general supervision, provides support in functional areas of the human resources department and acts as a primary gatekeeper of the HR department.
Job (HR Executive Jobs in UAE – Landmark Group) Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing daily operations of the Concept – payroll, leave management and benefits administration.
- Resolving day to day operational queries from the employees.
- Coordinate submission of monthly time & attendance records for office employees.
- Maintain an up-to-date computerized database of all employees.
- Preparation of monthly MIS and dashboards.
- Assist the Human Resources Leader in the preparation of periodic reports as required.
