The My HR Project Expert is responsible for the delivery and coordination of HR Projects for the HR Shared Services teams by implementing effective and efficient processes and solutions. The role will be responsible for pulling together the Project plans, keeping it updated and ensure timely delivery against the plan by coordinating with Onshore and Offshore HR and business team members.
Job (HR Project Expert Jobs in Dubai – Serco) Responsibilities
- Develop project plan in consultation with Shared Services management for the Projects and keeping it updated
- Take responsibility for the project activities and track, monitor and report progress against plan
- Ensure delivery of the activities of the project plan in a timely manner.
- Highlight concerns and issues to the Shared Services Management on risk to delivery of projects in a proactive and timely manner and assist with putting mitigation steps in place
- Develop process and LWIs in consultation with Shared Services management and other stakeholders for the delivery of the projects
- Responsible for data management ( developing templates, data collection, validation, upload) for the projects.
Job (HR Project Expert Jobs in Dubai – Serco) Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor degree with Human Resources or Business Management.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working on HR Administration and Operations with experience in handling projects
- Experience of working remotely with other team members.
- Experience and understanding of dealing with customers and conflict resolution techniques.
- Sound knowledge of HR Shared Services ways of working.
- Strong knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel information systems (SAP).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience of working within a Shared Service/Support function.
