The role is to facilitate the management of the commercial contracts & bidding process for the Commercial Group and manage all commercial contracts administration processes. In addition, this involves proactively reviewing contracts through all the cycles and ensuring they are aligned and executed to overall business strategy and goals.
Job (Commercial Contracts Manager Jobs in Dubai – Transguard Group) Responsibilities
- Manage the issuance of contracts using the Commercial Contracts Management system based on all commercial requirements and in line with applicable laws
- Track all contract critical dates and their related actions and coordinate with the internal departments and all stakeholders to assess, recommend and finalize the required documentation while keeping Line Manager informed
- Utilize the Commercial Contract System by generating informative reporting for all commercial concession revenue contracts to support the decision maker to take transparent and effective decisions in managing and maximizing commercial revenue.
- Support Commercial management team in the Tender process by preparing all relevant tender documents as required.
Job (Commercial Contracts Manager Jobs in Dubai – Transguard Group) Requirements
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology, including local laws and governance.
- Exemplify strong attention to detail
- Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
- Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office.
