You will be responsible to sustain assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical facilities maintenance procedures this to include but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, kitchen, painting, carpentry, audio and visual systems, fire life safety systems, recreational water systems, hotel rooms and public areas, exterior resort features. etc. You will have to carry out conditional based maintenance as assigned and follow through with preventive maintenance as per equipment manufacturers and property guidelines and manuals. The primary goal is to focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.
