A Document Controller is a professional who maintains organized and updated documents for a business using document management software, uploading or scanning paper documents, obtaining documents, and ensuring proper and secure storage.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the performance of the baseline schedule and maintenance.
- Collecting and interpreting schedule data and providing output to the programme and project teams.
- Monitoring actual performance against the schedule to identify delays and suitable mitigation measures.
- Interfacing with the project technical staff to define changes to schedules and identification of variances from the original plan.
- Identifying and evaluating associated schedule, and resource conflicts.
Job Requirements
- You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
- You will have experience delivering projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
- You have previous working experience on construction projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
