Manage all leasing activities for the mall including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations, the development of attractive leasing packages; setting out leasing targets with a relevant time frames maximizing the asset value of the property in addition to marketing and promotions activities.
Job (Mall Manager Jobs in Dubai – Juma Al Majid) Responsibilities
- Coordinate and cooperate with owner’s maintenance company for preparing and managing capital expenditure for the mall as per the approved budget.
- Ensure all operating policies and procedures are dully followed by the tenants, services providers, contractors…etc. including; occupational health and safety standards.
- Manage profitability and reduce operating cost.
- Handle conflicts/disputes amongst tenant, customers and mall visitors in a smooth manner avoiding disruption to mall activities.
- Ensure professional development for mall team delivering high performance.
Job (Mall Manager Jobs in Dubai – Juma Al Majid) Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration – Marketing and MECSC/ICSC mall management qualification.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years experience in managing malls.
- Strong organizational and Prioritization skills – attention to detail.
- People Management, marketing and finance knowledge and experience.
