The purpose of this position is to lead Health, Safety and Environmental across Serco contracts at Dubai Airports. The HSE Manager will provide professional specialist advice and support to Contract Managers, employees and Dubai Airports working closely with all stakeholders to drive a positive safety culture across our Dubai Airports portfolio.
Job (Health & Safety Manager Jobs in Dubai – Serco) Responsibilities
- Manage and execute a training programme for all employees on Dubai Airports and Serco HSE Management System and all associated procedures.
- Coordinate an ongoing safety improvement programme to reduce the risks to health and safety and monitor implementation of control measures and arrangements identified as necessary.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor a safety leadership tour program for the organisation working closely with Dubai Airports Management Team.
- Manage and maintain a Legal register for compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation.
Job (Health & Safety Manager Jobs in Dubai – Serco) Requirements
- Thorough understanding of local health and safety requirements.
- Thorough understanding of airport engineering operations and facilities management services.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to develop and deliver training materials, audit reports and client reports.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
