We currently offer an exciting career opportunity for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Marketing department. Definition & roll out of the hotel’s annual Marketing plan, in line with the brand positioning and hotel’s commercial imperatives, executing tactical / awareness campaigns, budget allocation, agency briefing & management, paid media activation (via external media & IHG Boost program), social & email marketing, photography shoots & content review.
Job (Engineering Technician Jobs in Dubai – IHG Hotels) Responsibilities
- Media planning & execution based on available budget, inclusive but not limited to digital media, performance marketing and relevant offline media to target key audiences.
- Social Media calendar creation with relevant content and assets in line with overall marketing approach and hotel’s positioning. Manage Social channels effectively & efficiently.
- Research, writing & distribution of press releases, creating a Media kit, keep update a database of local & international (if needed) press contacts. Nurture key influencers for cross functional collaboration, hotel’s positioning & drive revenue.
- Marketing campaigns, activities & PR coverage reporting and update to key stakeholders, with a lens on key competitor’s activities.
Job (Assistant Marketing Manager Jobs in Dubai – IHG Hotels) Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Brand Management, Marketing, Communications or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- 3+ years progressive work-related experience with demonstrated understanding of marketing strategies and marketing campaign deployment.
- Social Media management experience preferred.
- Track record in successfully developing and maintaining excellent working relationships across all functions at all levels to ensure maximum benefit from cross-functional synergies.
