Medical Receptionist Jobs in Dubai | Aramed Careers:
Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone and answering any inquiries. Scheduling appointments and keep those appointments on time. Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation. Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
Job Requirements
- Female Candidates only
- Must have good experience in Customer Service, welcoming and greeting customers as well as patients.
- Booking appointments.
- Maintaining office records
- Good experience in Reception and high level of experience in Customer Service.
- Good English ascent skills, Arabic language will get preference but not essential
- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
- Excellent Grooming standards.
- Good computer skills and pleasing personality.
- Immediate joining upon selection.
- Salary 4500 – 5000 AED.
- Experience in Medical Clinic / Polyclinic / Dental Aesthetics / Hospital customer service will get preference.
