- Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Oversee the organizational activities of businesses, government agencies, non-profit groups, and other organizations
- Supervises, hire, and train employees, manage quality assurance programs, strategize process improvements, and more.
- Plays a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Job (Operations Manager Jobs in Abu Dhabi – Al Saqer Group) Requirements
- Bachelor degree in management or business-related and operational field.
- 5-years’ experience
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Hindi will be added as an advantage.
