Patient Care Coordinator Jobs in Dubai | American Hospital Jobs:
The Patient Care Coordinators assess, plan, and advocate for the patients’ health needs. As trained health professionals, they monitor and coordinate patients’ treatment plans, guide them to understand the status of their health, and check in on their progress.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks ensuring effective functioning of the area.
- Demonstrates the ability to perform administrative tasks, data entry, scheduling patient’s visits and coordinating multiple schedules.
- Demonstrates the ability to prioritize workload and complete correspondence in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates the ability to provide information in a way that is helpful and useful to the patient and all medical professionals providing them with care.
- Ensures a safe working environment through compliance with Hospital Policy and Procedure regarding safety, infection and security.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Nursing Bachelor
- 4 Years experience in oncology medicals.
- Advanced Computer Skills in Windows, MS Office, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email.
- Experience in safe handling of medical equipment.
- Experience in document management software tools.
- Current license to practice nursing.
