To deliver excellent customer service through: Identifying customer needs, offering advice and demonstrating suitable products; building relationships with key customers and ensuring store standards are maintained in order to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty.
Job (Sales Consultant / Personal Shopper Jobs in Dubai – Al Tayer Group) Responsibilities
- Provide personalized premium customer service through active listening, anticipating needs, offering suggestions/knowledge regarding product and store experiences, overcoming objections and closing the sale, and responding to special requests.
- Build a client base and foster client relationships by optimizing selling opportunities.
- Maintain client information in an organized manner.
- Experience working with a broad and diverse work force and customer base, including children and parents, preferred.
- Be comfortable utilizing technology to communicate with and fulfill customer orders.

- High school qualification
- 3 to 4 years retail sales or customer service experience
