1. Senior Planning Manager
Planning Manager Jobs in Dubai | Al Futtaim Healthcare Careers:
Manage the delivery and implementation of the organisation’s planning requirements. Working with Project Managers and Directors to deliver planned performance outputs to time, budget commitments and quality specifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis of tender information and preparation of tender programmes
- Assist in the preparation of master/ contract programmes
- Analyse Labour Resource and Plant
- Analyse and evaluate construction methods and techniques
- Assist in the preparation of prelims
- Prepare procurement and information schedules
Job Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years project planning role and or technical experience and have a minimum 2 years’ experience PQE with intermediate level qualifications
- Experience of supporting a business contract and/or providing support to a professional function
- Excellent understanding of infrastructure/construction, enterprise, innovation and business growth issue
- Good knowledge of local legislation
- Proficient in the use of Primavera planning software and have extensive experience of using it in a commercial environment
