Project Director Jobs in Dubai | Expo City Dubai Careers:
Responsible for the budget, ensure team performance, deal with high level issues with developers, ensure timelines are adhered to, keep the chief updated in terms of status of development and foreseeable risks and delays and present potential solutions to mitigate these risks.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively manage large scale development projects to ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget
- Take decisions based on the actionable insights received from the team to ensure that risks and issues are mitigated ahead of time
- Own and be responsible for annual budgeting to ensure that appropriate resources are budgeted for and within budget requirements
- Develop a timeline that captures milestones for projects
Create budget and monitor finances to ensure you keep to the budget - Embed culture and vision Expo City Dubai by role-modelling organizational behaviours through performance management, feedback and coaching
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Project Management qualification – PMP or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills - Demonstrate strong planning and organization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Time Management Skills
