Project Manager Jobs in UAE | Expo City Dubai Careers:
The purpose of this role is to support in the project management across the E&C team and ensure follow up, integration within the department and out, monitoring risks and budget, setting KPI’s and developing reports.
Job Responsibilities
- Establishment of a PMO office and structure to serve all projects within E&C
- Be the central repository for all project documentation, ensuring all projects are executed in line with the departmental and organizational governance structure
- Monitoring of the inter-dependencies between E&C projects and between E&C projects and other Expo City initiatives and highlighting of potential delays or obstacles to progress.
- Work with E&C leads to identify and resolve delivery risks and opportunities across multiple projects within ECT
- Manage relationships with business stakeholders across Expo City
- Review Project Approval Forms with Expo City Integrated Delivery Office
and co-ordinate ECT response to these
Job Requirements
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage the relationship with external stakeholders and ensure alignment of E&C goals with their requirements
- Understanding of technology project management
