Projects Manager Jobs in Dubai | Damac Properties Careers:
A Project Manager is a professional in charge of ensuring their teams complete all projects on time and within budget. They prevent scope creep while also managing individual tasks for their respective teams with keen attention to detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises..
Job Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate material handling, installation works, testing and commissioning in order to meet the contract program.
- Ensure the availability of MEP materials for the production as per project specifications in order to avoid any shortages during the production.
- Manage subcontractors to ensure activities are completed on time to project requirements.
- Facilitate meetings with MEP subcontractors, client representative and/or consultants in order to meet site program and solve the problems if any.
- Monitor the materials used by subcontractors for the production to ensure all the materials comply with the project specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Mechanical Engineering. LEED AP Certification. PMP Certified.
- To coordinate between MEP subcontractors and civil construction team with the objective of timely completion of the project as per project specifications and by meeting the company policies and procedures.
