Receptionists work within an organization to help it run smoothly. They greet visitors, answer phone calls, and run errands while maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with customers or potential clients
Job Responsibilities
- Greet, assist and serve light refreshment to VIP guests
- Ensure the required daily reports are completed correctly and on time
- Working with the cleaning and facilities management team, ensure all area of the FBO are clean, stocked and maintained to DCAF standard
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Assist the Ground Ops team, Cabin Crew, Marketing Manager and other relevant management as required
- Other task within your area of expertise as assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirements
- Be able to read and write English to a professional standard
- Have proven customer services skills
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Be professionally and neatly presented
