Sales Director Jobs in Dubai | Expo City Dubai Careers:
The Sales Director is responsible for developing and implementing the overall Expo City Dubai’s sales strategy based on extensive market knowledge. They will identify sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential investors to negotiate and close significant deals.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue goals and company strategy, and implements a sales plan to drive revenue growth
- Recommend appropriate strategies for maximizing profits and minimize risks
- Execute long-term real estate strategies that align with Expo’s business goals
- Manage properties by identifying opportunities for sales, development or leasing
- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels, possessing an ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting, Engineering, MBA, Architecture, Construction Management, Management, Economics or a related field
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
