To welcome our clients in Aveda Salon and provide the necessary administrative support for the salon department.
Job (Salon Receptionist Jobs in Dubai – Al Tayer Group) Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet every client in a warm and friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
- Provide information to clients relating to services listed in the salon brochure.
- Identify the needs of the client by asking questions and appoint requested services.
- Manage client complaints professionally and efficiently in line with the company after sales policy, escalating to management if necessary.
- Maintain a professional relationship with the clientele.
- Perform other role related duties as assigned.
Job (Salon Receptionist Jobs in Dubai – Al Tayer Group) Requirements
- High school qualification.
- Administrative qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of reception experience in a reputable salon or hotel.
- IT qualification.
