Senior Designer Jobs in Dubai | Expo City Dubai Jobs:
The Senior Designer contributes directly to the EDGs business success by helping grow its content library and inform product development through qualitative and quantitative data gathered in the projects. Your goal will be to support Company’s design requests. In collaboration with the rest of the creative team, you will work to provide high quality design. You will work within project timelines, manage time effectively and deliver high quality work that exceeds expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee conceptualisation of design projects;
- Create execution plans for projects and see them through to completion;
- Ensure the design team (freelancers, junior team members) are producing quality work;
- Conceptualise original and unique designs and illustrations;
- Choose the right images, typography, graphics and layouts;
- Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all projects;
Job Requirements
- A world-class visual storyteller with outstanding expertise across the full spectrum of editorial design (from research, strategy and prototyping, to final execution);
- Expert knowledge and experience with a broad range of tools;
- Background in managing a cross-functional design team and experience in implementing accountability for your team and setting up processes to enable designers to meet agreed-to deadlines;
- Proven track record in articulating and communicating your creative vision effectively while also executing your ideas to an outstanding level;
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams;
