Senior Finance Manager Jobs in UAE | Expo City Dubai Careers:
The Senior Manager Finance is a strategic role with the responsibility of ensuring the stability of a Real Estate’s finances, in line with ECD financial policies and procedures imposed by the corporate finance team. They assess financial markets and identify solutions to any issues that may arise, all while preparing reports for management on financial status to make important decisions about future investments or budgets accordingly.
Job Responsibilities
- Budgetary preparation and implementation of financial forecasting processes
- Provide financial support in the development of strategic and commercial plans of the division
- Manage the monthly forecast cycles, quarterly reporting packages, the annual plan process, the financial sections of the strategic planning process, and any other forecast requests from top Management
- Work closely with the Corporate Finance team with regards to agreeing deal structures, and providing updates and analysis to financiers as required
- Track costs vs. budgets during predevelopment, development and construction
- Reconcile real estate general ledger to project budgets
- Maintain and update Real Estate Owned, Contingent Liabilities, Corporate Guarantees and other financial schedules.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
- Proven experience as director of finance or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
