Senior HR Manager Jobs in Dubai | Adidas Careers:
Act as a strategic business partner across the employee lifecycle and ensure business has the right information and direction to make people decisions. Live adidas values, cultivate and maintain strong collaboration, transparency and trust between management and employees within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- HR Business partnering for HUB Commercial & Brand organization
- Be the SPOC for Commercial and Brand HUB organization across Emerging market and support the SLT with all people and culture related matters
- Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs and feedback are taken into consideration in shaping the people strategy
- Collaborate with global and EM cluster HR teams to ensure alignment and two-way flow of information to aid better decision making
- Provide coaching to employees and management; articulate and present HR concepts and tools to groups of employees, encouraging and supporting an employee-oriented high-performance culture
Job Requirements
- University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management)
- Minimum of 8-10 years progressive work experience in the generalist field of HR. Last 2 years minimum on Managerial Level. (Preferably in an international organization)
- Multiple project handling experience
- English fluent (written and oral)
- MS- office skills (Specially Excel) and SAP is a must
