You are accountable for the end to end management of Trading and Merchandising Operations and Strategies of ACE Hardware E-Com division.
Job (Senior Manager E-Commerce Jobs in Dubai – Al Futtaim) Responsibilities
- Deliver performance reports and insights to the PPC team and internal stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses to improve SEM traffic and increase ROAS.
- Deliver customer-focused, profitable multi-category campaigns to agreed targets.
- Address and escalate campaign performance issues.
- Ensure proper stock levels for ecom sales and promotions.
- Prepare sales forecasts at Category, Brand and SKU level in alignment with planning.
- Run data driven product merchandising for Homepage, categories, sub-categories, and landing pages.
Job (Senior Manager E-Commerce Jobs in Dubai – Al Futtaim) Requirements
- 3+ years in an eCommerce environment (retail is a plus)
- Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAS
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data for insights and next steps.
- Understanding of Digital and ecommerce metrics, conversion funnels.
