We have a great opportunity for an experienced & skilled Kung-Fu Tea Master to join the team in our award winning Shang Palace. The successful applicant will be knowledgable about their craft and able to bring a traditional & entertaining quality to the role.
Job (Service Leader Jobs in Abu Dhabi – Shangri-La Hotel) Responsibilities.
- Unmatched knowledge on all kinds of Chinese Tea.
- Maximise profits in the sales of Tea within Shang Palace.
- Monitor & ensure smooth operations in Chinese Tea service and overall quality of the restaurant.
- Obtain cutomer feedback to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain Positive Guest Relations.
- Check set-up / mise-en-place of Chinese Tea counter prior to start of operations.
- Conduct staff Chinese Tea training
- Assist Shang Palace & other Shangri-La colleagues where possible.
- Ability to traditionally “face-change” highly desired.
