Job (Customer Service Specialist Jobs in Dubai – Danfoss) Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer network
- Verify incoming orders, pricing and terms of delivery as well as availability of products
- Partner and coordinate with the Danfoss international manufacturing sites to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide internal stakeholders with the highest level of support in all aspects of order processing and product delivery.
- Support the External Sales Team.
- Build and maintain a strong internal network to provide best customer support.
Job (Customer Service Specialist Jobs in Dubai – Danfoss) Requirements
- High School Certificate
- Course in telephone handling skills is an advantage
- Exposure to multicultural environment
- Proficient in MS Office.
