Shift Supervisor Jobs in UAE | ENOC Oil & Gas Dubai 2022:
To supervise the production and distribution team to meet the requirement of production and delivery schedules of LPG bulk and filled cylinders, exercise effective on job supervision, controls on production, quality and EHS aspects. To achieve required targets of production and delivery schedules by working within established operating framework and adhering to relevant procedures and work instructions as per plant IMS requirement.
Job (Shift Supervisor Jobs in Dubai – ENOC) Responsibilities
- Receives LPG product from supply sources in bulk or in cylinders and coordinates activities of cylinder refilling, product transfer, cylinder loading, tank lorry loading, unloading and aerosol processing.
- Conducts routine maintenance activities of cylinders, equipment, tanks, pipelines etc.
- Ensures proper housekeeping is maintained.
- Coordinates with Plant Manager on employee leave matters, overtime and other HR related issues.
- Ensures optimum utilization of manpower. Maintains time sheets for employees including contract labour and certifies overtime.
Job (Shift Supervisor Jobs in Dubai – ENOC) Requirements
- Engineering or Science Graduate with 4 to 5 years experience or 3 years technical diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute with 5-7 years experience in LPG industry. If in other petrochemical or other industry minimum 8 to 10 years supervisory position experience required.
- Formal Safety qualification is preferred.
- Working knowledge of computers is necessary.
