The Manager Software Engineering will be responsible for developing applications & supporting them that are aligned to the best practices and standards set by the Software Engineering chapter
Job Responsibilities
- Execute Strategy, Follow Principles and Design Frameworks for Delivery
- Lead a team of Software Associates/Engineers
- Expert level SME Software Engineering skills
- Guide and verify the Development of applications that are aligned to best practices and standards, SDLC Frameworks.
- Support CoP activities to modernise, grow and mature our SE capabilities.
- Perform spot peer code reviews, providing feedback and recommendations to continuously improve the quality of the team
Job Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
- Design & Develop software in an enterprise environment.
- Solid understanding of Testing concepts such as unit testing, functional testing and test automation.
- Should have 8-14 years of experience on the below listed skill category
- Designing, Code and Maintain medium to large applications/Modules.
- Strong Agile Software Development Skills
- Strong Systems Analytical and Technical Design skills
