Staff Nurse – Diabetic Clinic Jobs in Dubai | American Hospital:
Work within an established team to manage patient caseload. Provide continuity of care to improve quality of life for patients. Facilitate relevant patient care by liaising with the multidisciplinary team and guiding best practice. Provide support and education for patients and their families.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to render care and services based on age, appropriateness and developmental needs of patients
- Demonstrates skills in assessment of patient, family’s physical and psychological needs
- Ensures safe working environment through strict compliance with Hospital Policy and Procedure regarding safety, infection and security
- Prioritizes workload and completes correspondence in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge and awareness regarding department / service specific policies, procedures and guidelines
- Demonstrates delivery of safe and appropriate nursing care according to standards of care
Job Requirements
- 3-4 year General Nursing Diploma / Degree
- Minimum 4 years nursing care, with at least two years’ experience in Diabetic / Endocrine speciality
- Previous experience in a Private Healthcare institute is an asset.
- Current license to practice nursing.
- BCLS certification
